In one of the most bizarre sequences we’ve ever witnessed,  Jim Carrey apes Axl Rose in a video directed by a young and decidedly non-threatening Liam Neeson in Clint Eastwood‘s Dirty Harry series film, The Dead Pool. It was Carrey’s first non-comedic role and was Neeson’s first major role in a Hollywood tent-pole.

Check it out as Carrey goes overboard trying to be bad-ass with his best rock dance… only to make us guffaw with laughter. We’re pretty sure he brought those smooth moves with him to Ace Ventura-ville!

This is even before he was cast as an ensemble member for In Living Color. When the prop on the bed bursts into flames, we half expected Fire Marshall Bill to appear.
